4in1 Putter
Cover/Golf Towel
Tips for easier use
1.
Pocket
magnet tends to ride up, making putting the tool back somewhat
awkward.
TIP:
Use the tool to slide the magnet to the bottom. One swipe will
bring the magnet down. The tool will easily slip into the
pocket.
*
Another tip is to use a second marker. By placing the second
marker over the magnet it will hold the magnet in place at the
point the two are magnetized together.
2.
When scooping the towel you may find the opening has closed down
on the Velcro, shortening the opening to slide the putter in
easily.
TIP:
Use your foot to step on a corner of the towel. This will anchor
the towel and allow you to easily nudge the putter into place.
3.
If the towel should land pocket side down scooping it up by the
pocket is not possible.
TIP:
Slide the putter head under the towel and scoop it up that way.
It is easy to do and eliminates bending over. Player should
ALWAYS scoop the towel.
4.
Sometimes dirt and debris build up on club head grooves and the
Club Scrubber can not remove it all.
TIP:
The BEST way to clean clubs is with a dampened towel. Dampen the
end of the 4in1 during the round when needed and you will have
perfectly cleaned clubs.
5.
Experienced player may have difficulty integrating the 4in1
into their normal routine. This is usually due to where they
DROP the towel on the green. Players tend to walk quickly to
follow their putt, leaving the towel behind.
TIP:
Keep the towel ON the putter at all times until you are ready to
putt. DROP the 4in1 CLOSE enough to you, and still out of your
sight line . This should eliminate walking away without first
scooping the towel.
**
If you are using your own personal ball marker and divot tool,
walking away will not be an issue. Just remember to retrieve the
towel as you exit the green! Many player use the 4in1 marker as
a spare to mark another player’s ball for them.
6.
Wet conditions often make chipping and putting around the green
a challenge: What to do with your putter to keep the handle dry
while you are chipping.
TIP:
Insert the handle of the putter into the pocket and DROP it.
Simple as that!
